I just reserved the room for our women's small group (Woodstock City church) and want to know how to get my deposit back when I come in as this is a non-profit meeting?

I'm not sure why they would give your deposit because you are a non-profit. Does the room reservation not require a fee?

Tbh I'm not sure... The addition of a deposit is a relatively recent thing... (Probably since the owners became more hands-on with running the business.) I would ask them if they would refund it to non-profits, or have a reduced rate... they might refund it, or they might not, but you'll never know till you ask.
