Worst Target customer service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order online at 10:09 this morning to be curbside picked up. Two makeup brushes. That’s it. I had also placed an order at Kohls and Walmart at that same time. Both of those orders were ready for pickup within an hour. I arrived at Kohl’s around 11:45 to pick up my order. I figured while I was there I could pick up my target order as well since it’s in the same shopping center and I was already there. I called at 11:55 just to be told that it should be ready soon and that there is a 2 hour time limit. Ok, fine. I sat in the curbside pickup until 12:25. At that point I had to leave to pick up my child from pre k. It is now almost 12:45 and my order is STILL processing. There is no reason it should take this long. It’s 2 makeup brushes. Ridiculous. I’ll stick with my usual Cobb Target from now on, or ANY other Target for that matter. Edit: I canceled my order at 1:52 and then get an email at 2:05 stating my order is ready for pick up. What a joke.
