I really like this gym. I'm lazy. I admit it. So to get me off my butt and get myself back into shape I decided to join this gym. (after FITNESS 19 closed down) I also signed up for personal training. I thought hey I go twice a week do my thing and go home. No harm no foul. Here's what I didn't expect. I didn't expect my personal trainer Matt Gregory to hold me accountable for my laziness, tardiness and excuses. He's a great motivator and because of him I'm starting to see some definition in my body. When Matt isn't holding me to my commitments and pushing me to go further; the other staff members will hold me accountable. Which is something you need when you are not self motivated. They also offers a customer meal plan and the classes are great. So you don't have any excuse to get in the best shape of your life. Join this gym. If you are lazy like me. This is the best gym for you.

This is the only gym I have actually enjoyed going to. Very clean. The staff is top notch, Bill and Marcus care about every one of their members and also greet everyone who steps in the gym. They are very helpful in showing you how to use …David! You rock and keep on pushing my man!

Love the staff and the facility! The PHIIT system rocks since I am one of those folks that needs to have "structure" in my workout habits. The system and routine is set and changes weekly and is an intense workout. I can keep track of my progress, calories and get confirmation of how truly out of shape I am in real time with the tracking display wirelessly hooked up to the monitor. The hydromassage is the jam and the 24 hour access really helps me not have a reason to not workout! Psyched about this place and getting back in shape!
