Horrible experience on July 10th. None of the speakers worked at the pull in spots or the drive thru. The one person working was very unprofessional and was eating /drinking while taking our order. Our strawberry slushes weren’t even mixed.

Heather needs to be trained better and make a public apology for the way she has mistreated several customers. She is running this business in the ground and running all the customers away in the process. My family travels a lot due to our ministry and we have ordered food from locations in several different cities and states this location has been the worst experience we have ever experienced. Most experiences that haven’t been exactly the best, the staff was respectful and courteous to their customers but not this location. Culver’s is across the street and definitely worth the wait as their employees are far better trained and much more respectful to their customers. Our family has no intentions whatsoever on returning to this location. We made that decision once they chose to lie to everyone and yell at the customers.

I don’t know why I gave this place another shot. The SAME experience happened twice for me. I placed an online order, pulled up to a drive-in spot, and entered my space # into the app. Then I waited 20 minutes! After being fed up we pulled into the drive through which did not move. We waited another 10 minutes there. Without any movement we decided to walk up. At that point they had our food. Upon opening the bag we realized one item was missing and another was completely wrong. I then went back to ask them to fix it. I waited another 15 minutes. They finally came out with one of the items. Then I had to wait longer for the second. After getting back in my car I realized the wrong item was wrong again! I gave up and just left. The food isn’t that great to deal with this mess. I will never be back to sonic. We counted 15+ customers who left without getting any food. I just don’t understand why this location exists. If you can’t deliver for customers then why stay open? Take a serious look at these reviews and get a new owner or shut it down.

Judging by the comments there seems to be a pattern of poor experiences at this location. We waited several minutes in a drive in spot to finally be informed that only drive thru orders were being accepted. We then waited a solid 10 minutes for 2 cars ahead of us only to be informed that they were out of every item we tried to order. Ended up having a night and day better experience at Culver's across the street.
