After a customer's items where left out of her bag, I think an apology is nice from the store manager or the cashier. I have spent my money at this store and that is the least they can do. Now I have to go back. I may close my account.

Yes an apology is something that they should do without saying. But to close an account over an accident on the busiest shopping weekend, we should all be kind and forgiving this season! And the rest of the year also.

And you're correct! Never should any Customer be inconvenienced by the fault of the store and not get an apology to be the least. I use to shop there on the regular due to the same treatment by Management I spend my money elsewhere!
