Yes an apology is something that they should do without saying. But to close an account over an accident on the busiest shopping weekend, we should all be kind and forgiving this season! And the rest of the year also.
And you're correct! Never should any Customer be inconvenienced by the fault of the store and not get an apology to be the least. I use to shop there on the regular due to the same treatment by Management I spend my money elsewhere!
