If I could give it a zero I would!. Upon arrival it was noted I was double charged for my room...I was assured by the hotel staff it would be taken care of...initially it was but then I was recharged another later!! I have been fighting with the booking agent and this hotel ever since and they have decided that I am out of luck!!....all this for a room that was filthy...the toilet was plugged..the phone didn't work in the first room we were in...had to be moved. It was stated that there was free breakfast which there was not!!...one of the beds in our room had an obvious blood stain on the mattress cover...it was disgusting! Horrible experience....especially when I ended up paying double!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I cant sleep. The rooms are nice and the staff is polite but baby I can't sleep due to the loud people in the rooms next to me. I mean it's 1230a and people are just thumping and talking loud and even screaming for no reason. I spent two nights here and both nights I've had loud as people in the rooms next to me. I called the front desk the first night. Someone did come and ask the people to lower things down. They turned down the tv but they were still talking loud, kids running in and out of the room, door slamming amd constant thumping.I got a room for some peace and quiet but I can't hear myself think or even sleep. Never will I stay here again

This was the absolute worst hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. The room was not fully clean, the bed was broken,it was a questionable hole in the wall and when we asked the staff to clean the room for us they said they only clean at of after checkout. I don’t know if that is normal but if I walk into a room as the owner and it’s stains everywhere I’d want to correct the issue ASAP or offer them a different room so we can correct the issue.

Surprised to see all the low reviews. We stayed in room 215 and it was nice and clean. Breakfast had sausage, eggs, waffles, variety of fresh fruit and cereal, yogurt, bagels, juice, coffee. Pool ang hot tub both open. Front desk and staff were all friendly. Yes the halls smelled like weed, but I think the whole city did. We stopped at a grocery store about a mile from the hotel and the the parking lot there smelled like weed also. Besides, i don't mind the smell that much and honestly would rather have that over a bunch of drunk idiots. We would definitely stay here again.
