Vanessa is amazing! She definitely goes out of her way to help, proving amazing service and is super nice! I needed some insoles for shoes I had and she knew exactly what I needed-made working in my steel-toe boots SO much more comfortable (important when I am in them a lot!). Thank you Vanessa, when I'm ready for some new boots I'll be paying you another visit!
