I love this place. I always find cool things. Most staff is amazing and super friendly. Would recommend to anyone just at just stop in.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I called and asked can they hold an item because I’m traveling far away to pick it up and the SUPERVISOR was VERY VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I stayed polite and very calm. She didn’t want to check the UPC CODE to see if the item was in stock and also when she did check, I asked if I could put them on hold because I’m traveling very far, she told me NO, she don’t feel like going to get the chairs and holding them. I asked can I speak to someone else, she told me no because she is the supervisor and shes the only one I can talk to. I asked for her name she kept saying her name is “supervisor”. Mind you this is company policy that they can hold chairs til the end of the day 10pm to be exact. Also the chairs are $169 each and I told her I needed 3. Keep in mind I was willing to travel kinda far to pick them up because no AT HOME stores have them in stock near me. That was very inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional of her especially being the “supervisor” who runs the store!! Being that I am a customer that spends LOTS of money at the “AT HOME” store Customers who are traveling far should be allowed to hold items until the end of the day!!

Keeping it 💯 not good. Return policy is ridiculous. Corporate was just as bad. They don't receive phone calls. They have you bring back packages that's to large and would be better just to give some credit on damaged items.

Questions & Answers

After a customer's items where left out of her bag, I think an apology is nice from the store manager or the cashier. I have spent my money at this store and that is the least they can do. Now I have to go back. I may close my account.

Yes an apology is something that they should do without saying. But to close an account over an accident on the busiest shopping weekend, we should all be kind and forgiving this season! And the rest of the year also.
