My husband and I arrived at Furniture Land South looking for a specific shape and size dining room table. We were immediately greeted by Taylor and Jayson who offered to take us to all the tables on the floor. They knew exactly where to take us and were very knowledgeable about the manufactures. After picking a table they helped us with fabric choices on chairs. They were so patient and helpful. Their customer service was the absolute best. After we made our purchase they have continued to help us make our dining room the one we are dreaming of!! They have followed up often and have made this such a great experience. We will definitely be buying furniture from these two again!!!!

We had a great experience with our design experts at Furnitureland South. We are making a long distance move and our closing date is not in stone due to new construction supply chain delays. Cassandra and Sarah were experienced and handled our needs like the professionals they are. We explained our budget needs, furniture needs, and delivery needs. They directed us to the pieces that best met our description. We literally spent two and one half days walking, looking, and choosing. We are confident we made the right choices. We haven't had delivery yet, but feel very good about its impending arrival in August. Cassandra and Sarah were top notch! They were fun to work with, had a great eye for color and placement, and knew the stock they had at their disposal. Highly recommend asking for them by name!

What a wonderful experience! Had to furnish a whole home which is very overwhelming. Worked with Karen Beverage and and Carolyn Williams who are amazing !!!! Great taste and style. True professionals. They made the process enjoyable and stress free. They helped us every step of the way, room by room so it all flowed.. Such a delightful team to work with and we love everything we got. Highly recommend

Great experience. Very clean and tons of options. We spent a day looking around and then made an appointment a month later to meet with a sales rep to make our purchase. Gary Walker was great. Easy going, not pushy at all, very personable and friendly. He was patient with us as we worked through different furniture configurations for our space and ended up picking a different set than we originally came to get. The whole time Gary was very patient, didn't interfere with my husband and I as we talked through options. Once we decided on what we wanted he also helped us get a good deal on our purchase. We bought furniture for our living room and theater room. Really great experience. We were very impressed.

The Outlet includes clearance priced items. As to the note about damaged merchandise, always take photos of as purchased conditions. If received with additional damages, take pictures in order to file claims.

A china of 20 years age is likely a heritage piece. It seems invaluable to the owner and only has a price to a buyer. FLS is not a manufacturer and only nameplates items when the actual manufacturer is no longer in business.

They have a building down the hill that has some dinged furniture. Most of the furniture is custom made to the buyers requests. There are many material choices by each manufacturer. It's worth a trip.

Call one of designers (Kristin Grubb is one) if you know a manufacturer there in any furniture store you like they can tell you what their cost is. Just get as much info about the piece you are interested in purchasing and they can cross reference.

Nope, no other locations that I know of. Hickory furniture mart in hickory, nc and nebraska furniture mart in kansas are big stores as well. Closest big furniture store to NY could be Johnny Janosik in dover, delaware.
They ship all over, mostly price is included or really reasonable
