Usually check-in is at 4pm, you can check in earlier and store your luggage at the main desk, you will receive access to all of the hotel facilities and the front desk will call you when your room is ready.

Check in is 3pm, but if they're not packed and busy they may let you check in early if you ask. Front desk is 24 hours so you can arrive any time
I think that the reception is open 24 hours a day. Maybe it is a good idea to give them a call
