Came here for the last 7 years. Past two years down hill. No service, overpriced drinks. Takes 45 min to order anything on the beach and rooms are never cleaned. Had to practically beg for the cleaning service at 430pm. Staff not very helpful when you ask them for anything. No training or oversight provided. Priced as an expensive resort treated as if you stayed in a motel. Might be the lat year we come here as a family trip that we did for the past 7 years.

Stayed here for a last minute Fourth of July trip. Checked in on a Thursday night checked out on a Tuesday. Pool and beach seemed to be well maintained although I didn’t use either of them much. Pool bar was pretty steep with pricing (yes I am well aware about what’s going on in the economy right now) but $4 for a fountain coke in a regular size cup is a little much no? You can buy a 20oz bottle for $2. But anyway that’s not the point- on July 3rd we left our hotel room for a couple hours to go to a neighboring town for a quite large dinner and drinks (this will be useful information later) we were gone probably from 6:30 to 10:30. We came back and my boyfriend had to use the bathroom very badly and as soon as he flushed the toilet the top of the toilet starting overflowing water all over the bathroom floor. Now obviously we couldn’t use the bathroom again - keep in mind we were out for hours eating and drinking so of course I’m gonna have to use the bathroom too. We call downstairs to the front desk to send a maintenance member up and the guy who answered the phone said there’s no maintenance member until 7am. Which is fine i can understand being that it’s a smaller hotel. 7am rolls around on 7/4 and the maintenance man comes (super nice and apologetic by the way- give him a raise) and he fixed the toilet no problem at all. 7/5 comes around I go to checkout and all they can do for me was wave the resort fee - being that I booked this trip through Travelocity i was “penalized” for that so they couldn’t reimburse me any further. Won’t be coming back here.

Just got back from an overnight stay here for a wedding. I found the resort to be extremely clean and well kept. The staff were so friendly, always there to open the lobby door for us. The staff bringing drinks to the beach were fabulous. The food at the wedding was excellent and all the staff there were very friendly as well. The rooms were nice and updated. The bed was a little soft for my liking so hoping they will update those in the future. Had brunch the next morning and that was nice as well. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of all the common areas as well. The beach was beautiful! The pools and surrounding areas were clean. Prime Cape Cod real estate right in the ocean. Couldn’t ask for more!!! Can’t wait to go back some day!!!

Room was not what we reserved-we got to look out on our patio to a piece of plywood, and an elderly couple snuggling on their patio-not the ocean front we chose, but it was decorated beautifully. No ice bucket in the room, and a pile of ants took up space in our bathroom. We couldn't call about either because our room phone was broken-thank goodness for our cell phones. We were there one night, so we just packed up and left early. We were told we were the first guests to stay there since covid, so I guess the ants were expected, or phone's weren't in service yet? (Hoping the bedding was at least new?!) We had chowder for lunch in the bar and we were both sick that evening, couldn't enjoy the sit down dinner that was offered. Breakfast was cold and desserts not so great. We love this hotel from our previous trips, but this time-could have done better. Here's to hoping next year is better!!

Yes they do, but there is an extra charge.
Someone the rooms have been updated, and are clean.
Haha good luck ! I tried for 5 days straight.
I'm sorry I don't know the answer, but the staff is so wonderful, especially the general manager, Clark. As to speak to him to help you... Tell him Robin sent you!☺️
Yes you can. My parents came for a visit while we stayed at the hotel. Just have your mom let the front desk know.

That would be a question for the Activities Department and one can go through the Front Desk Staffing, and again this a Beautiful Hotel
The gift shop is perfectly adequate for people who don't wish to leave the resort. They have coffee, snacks, sunblock, toothpaste etc., bags, wraps, sweatshirts, a small selection of bathing suits, and gift stuff like earrings, stuffed animals and keychains, etc.
Don't know that only know they have a great outdoors bar and great sunsets
