In short, It was great medical treatment and great treatment in general. I saw David Men, PA (who correctly diagnosed (and treated) my issues (which had been misdiagnosed by a dermatologist in Worcester 3 weeks prior. David was professional , polite and caring and patient. He was fantastic. Also, Burlene (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was absolutely wonderful and professional in checking me in. This place is top notch. I felt that everyone I interacted with took caregiving seriously. I greatly appreciate the care and the kind and effective treatment. Thank you all!

I went to this office following a provider I like to work with. I sent a referral on March 5th for an appt. on the 22nd. When I arrived for my appt., the office told me they never received it. I contacted my PCP and received a copy of the referral with the date it was sent (the 5th). My PCP sent it again the same day. Although the office staff is nice, this has happened before to other family members. It is stressful in the moment and requires more time to redo the process just to find out the error is on their end after they insist it is all on you. Call to be sure your referral has been received and put into the system before arriving.
