Yes to buy from a dispenser, an Illinois Med card is necessary. Other oils are not medical grade and could be harmful...you do have a qualified condition. Come into PDI and the staff can help with the application process.
You will need a card I think. You can get CBD at cigarette stores, but they are usually cut with olive oil. The ones feom PDI are 100 percent.
