Can I give this store zero stars? This has never been my favorite store even though it’s the closest to my house. In fact during the pandemic I drove to one that was 20 minutes from my house. Just because I have zero faith in the store. Today I went to customer service for a rain check. Sadly I got a person who didn’t speak the best English. She really gave me a hard time about the rain check. Acted as if I was taking money out of her own pocket. I wasn’t trying to get away with anything. Just wanted a valid rain check because they were out of stock. And I wasn’t upset that they were out of stock. Most stores these days are out of one thing or another. She wasn’t happy when I would not let her hold my phone to look at how I clipped the just for you coupon. Really? The rain check check she initially wrote up was very confusing. I asked her to rewrite it because I didn’t want to run into an issue when I used it. She very snottily told me she would remember me. I had to add that I would probably go to another store. I see from the comment section that there appears to be an ongoing problem with this particular store. I was going to the Palatine store on Dundee and hicks Road. I never encountered bad service there. Unless it’s an emergency, I’m just not going back to the store.

Placed an advanced order for grilled/fried chicken for a party. The chicken was ready (and hot) at the time of pick up and the guy at the deli was both professional and friendly. I'd definitely order from this deli again!

If you're going to have people help out your customers in the self checkout lane. At least make sure they speak to you and acknowledge that they are checking your ID or scanning a coupon. Not all yourself check out staff has this sour …We are sorry to hear about your recent check-out experience.
