Worst pharmacy experience ! No one attends the phone if there are any pharmacy questions. At the store the staff is extremely rude and not at all having any knowledge to help. This is not a good customer experience.

The pharmacy staff here are the most rude and ignorant I've ever dealt with. I guess the days of actual customer service are over. After giving my elderly father a hard time for no reason, they never even bothered to follow through with his doctor. The doctor says call the pharmacy and the pharmacy acts like they are bothered that they're being asked to do their job! The technician I spoke with over the phone would not even allow me to speak and then hung up the phone when she decided she was done talking! Walgreens does not even pretend to care about people anymore.

This store has been a great resource for many different reasons over the years. the clinic, the pharmacy, and the store itself have always been a convenient location that has always been a welcome site.
