Called late to see if they are open late and they said they would be open late. Arrived an hour before they closed and they locked the doors as soon as they saw us park. Very disrespectful to not honor what they said over the phone.

I would like to know or understand why we should wait 20 minutes in Applebees Modesto when they were a lot of empty tables. We just left the place because that makes no sense. We left at 5.44pm. Is this because of the happy hour?
