I would like to know or understand why we should wait 20 minutes in Applebees Modesto when they were a lot of empty tables. We just left the place because that makes no sense. We left at 5.44pm. Is this because of the happy hour?

That is totally wrong. We used to love going Applebees. Not anymore.
