We signed up for their services recently, since our previous cleaners in Lincolnshire with whom we did business for over 10 yrs, closed down. The pick up and delivery was as per schedule but three of the clothes were demaged. One vest had a black soote burn mark. None of the clothes had any marks prior to the service and even though their contract states that they would inform us if they see anything on pick up, that was not the case since the clothes were picked up in good condition. When I brought the damaged clothes back, the person at front desk could not help and asked me to speak with the manager Mercedes, who immediately became defensive, was rude and did not address my concerns. I was told that they do not have any process that would have spoiled the clothes. A simple apology would have addressed our concern but instead we were told that it was our fault and that the clothes had marks before their service which they did not inform when they picked up the clothes. We never had such a bad experience with our other cleaning services in past. We would not recommend this location due to very poor customer service and potential for your clothes getting damaged.
