It depends on the water, at the moment its high so restrooms are near by as long as your in an area where they can be accessed. The campground side of the lake is closed until further notice however, the Day use area of the lake is opened till 7pm. I recommend early arrival, since the lake tends to be pack and it is a 10 dollar entry. Stay safe!
Depends on the water level. This time of year yes, it's pretty near the water. You gotta go early on the weekends to save a spot. Restrooms are actually pretty clean for heavy traffic. Lot of people drive their cars and trucks down by the water and set a canopy up with chairs and a small bbq pit. The lake has many different areas.
