I love coming to this camping spot. Easy to get to. Large spaces with quiet surroundings. Boating dock walking distance as well as the water. Great space for dogs to run and play. 30 and 50 amp hookup. As well as water and sewer. I have an electric vehicle I tow with. So it’s a plus to have a space to plug in my trailer and vehicle.

I visited Meadows Campsite on a Thursday on November 19, 2020. Weather was pleasant. Mid 60s in the day. High 30s at night. Usually it’s very cold at this time. This year it’s been a lovely fall season. Their weren’t a lot of campers around. Maybe 10 campers. Which it was nice. Plenty of space to share. There are a few hikes nearby. Walking distance to the lake. The camp ranger went around to make sure everyone had their reservation ticket. Short drive to two cities close by. A nice little getaway without driving too far for Fresno or Clovis residents. I would definitely visit again.

Awesome place Beautiful view of the lake. Very kind and amazing staff. Go during the off season I imaged it gets very crowded during the summer.

No WiFi there. It's a state park, not a private park. Cell signal for Verizon was good there so I just used my phone hotspot and was good to go

Is there an entrance fee?

Denise Will | Apr 6, 2020

Yes there is a entrance fee of $10 but if your disabled and have your disability card for state parks it is usually only half of the fee. If your camping there the campsite fee usually includes up to one or two vehicles per night, any other vehicles over that and is camping at your site will be charged a 10 per day fee. I hope this helps😊
