Why isn't there Handicap parking up front to entrance where you buy tickets? If people who are able to walk (including) their children & go to the zoo, they will be walking around the zoo, so they don't need parking up front close to the entrance.

It seems like the handicap spots get taken too quickly. From what I remember, there was extra handicap parking spots on the park side, either way there's plenty of walking to do while inside the zoo itself

I thought it was all handicap parking near the ticket booth? We parked way away and had lunch in the park area and like you suggested we walked to the ticket booth.
