This place is hit or miss, I've had good service up until today, my drink wasn't properly blended and Java chip ended up just tasting like ice. They also were super stingy with the whipped cream.

Person helping us was friendly. I ordered three drinks and three food items. The brownie was good not warmed up. the two sandwiches we ordered were heated up and as far asi know good. My drink tasted like Neapolitan ice cream therefore i assume it was blended in a dirty blender bc mine was just supposed to be a mocha cookie crumble no extras or changes. The other two drinks were caramel frappe and mocha frappe. nothing i ordered was strawberry. I hate strawberries and I don't like Neapolitan. I couldn't drink my frapp. everyone else enjoyed there drinks and food. It's too far for me to drive back just for my drink to be remade and it wasn't my car. Wish i would have known about my drink while i was there so i could have had it remade.

This morning 7am white hot chocolate smells like coffee has some weird oil like substance rising to to surface. Freaking terrible. You can see the droplets don't know what it is but taste is terrible. I tried calling the location and go …
