The coffee is good but they don't offer refills unless you pay full price. I don't know of any chain coffee shop/restaurant that does this. The staff is friendly though. Seems more like a place for teens and young adults

I remember when Dutch was in the little shack on Bullard and West because the workers were so cool. Went to this location the other night with a fun group to get drinks and we’re met with super low energy from the employees. Killed the vibe honestly

Our coffee was absolutely amazing the temperature was just right so we could drink it right away it tasted delicious and the staff was amazing and even talked to us politely while we waited. We offer a free sticker of the month with every drink purchased on the first day of every month! We’re no longer selling stickers online, however you’ll get one free with every online purchase.
Our drinks are great dairy-free! We can make them with any of our plant based milks, including oat, almond and coconut. If you’re vegan and your diet allows for cane sugar, most of our products will work for you. Feel free to send us your favorite drink and we’re happy to provide specific nutrition information.

Flavors offered at most locations include almond (orgeat), almond roca, banana, blackberry, blue raspberry, cane sugar syrup, chocolate macadamia nut, cinnamon, coconut, creme de menthe, gingerbread, hazelnut, Irish cream, kiwi, lime, orange, passionfruit, peach, pomegranate, raspberry, red velvet, ruby red grapefruit, salted caramel, strawberry, vanilla, watermelon, pineapple, white chocolate, chocolate and caramel. Seasonally available options include pumpkin pie sauce, peppermint and lavender.
Some of our favorite non-caffeinated options include our Dutch Cocoa, Dutch Frost, Smoothies, Dutch Soda and Lemonade.
Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
You can always ask them or any location to fix it. I've been told to do that by the employees. Also, even if you don't go back today and tell them about it next time they might give you a free drink for that mess up. Just sayin.
