The incredibly helpful librarians in this branch are top notch, particularly Carmine in the children’s section! They operated a curbside service during the height of the pandemic that was essential for our family. The programming (story time, STEM club, LEGO club, etc.) is a great resource for families in the community. As an added bonus, the Friends of NOPL operates a most excellent used book sale at this branch every Saturday 10-2 where you can find great deals for beefing up your own home library.

I spoke to a woman on the phone today and she was very sweet and patient in helping me figure out my library card's renewal process. She saved me a trip and did it easily in less than 5 mins. I'm now back on the Libby app and can go on about my day. On other occasions, I had to visit to print some documents when my printer was down and the staff was always super kind and helpful. Clean and quiet library.
