Idk what happened to my 1 star review, but here it is again... CANT DO REFUNDS WITHOUT SIGNING UP FOR THEIR PROGRAM!!! They will let you buy all you want, but can't bring anything back unless you sign up for their store program, even if the item was defective. Been told this twice now, no longer shopping at Ulta anymore. Edit: Either you're lieing, or you're employees are lieing, because I've been told twice now, and I quote "We cannot do a refund without you having an account, the system literally won't let me do it."
