Are there any water moccasins in the shaver lake

Of my 50+ years of going to and swimming in Shaver Lake in the Spring, Summer and Fall, I have never seen any water snakes of any kind! So . . . I would say no! Believe me IF there was I would not be swimming in it! Best bet is to contact the Camp Edison Office or local Ranger Station to confirm my statement. Love the Shaver Lake area, one of my favorite places on earth! Rp
