If you’re looking for a place where your kids can run free, make noise, laugh, run, and enjoy themselves this is not the place. This time around we couldn’t play music, not even low. We have been camping at Dinkey Creek for the past six years. Our last five years were memorable, we played music, played games, laughed, hiked, went in the creek, and enjoyed ourselves. This year we are unsure what changed, management? Grounds keepers? From the moment we arrived we were targeted. The Grounds keeper was rude, shoved papers in my 17 year olds face. Yelled at my husband when my husband wasn’t even at the camp site while we were playing music. He Kept making rounds and found any little thing to complain about. Honestly this all started when we played Mexican music. While we played country, no complaints. So if you have kids, want to play music during non quiet time hours, laugh, run, and play, this is not the place to camp at anymore! Rude, racist, no customer service!

4ish weeks ago when I went i had some run ins with some mosquitoes. No meat bees though
It's all good, upper if you like the swimming/fishing areas. Lower if you want to be closer to the showers and store.
It is only 1 other but you can have a second vehicle for an additional cost, they also have an over flow parking area..
The DinkeyCreek Resort (that has the showers) and the Campground are separate You will have to contact them
We've never stayed there that late in the season. Check the NPS website for typical weather in Nov.
It's not. Just check recreation.gov ... Spots fill up so your best bet is to reserve months in advance. You can reserve up to 6 months in advance. If you are having issues it's likely because it's booked or because you are looking to reserve a spot for an off season date maybe?
Yes....flushing toilet and showers are 2.50 for 4 min So take plenty of quarters
There's facilities up near Shaver that should be able to facilitate that, as well as faucets on actual campgrounds where you can grab more water, as needed.
It was when we were there last weekend of june
For a weekend it was 206. And that was Friday afternoon thru Sunday morning check out time was 11;00 am This was for a family 4 adults 4 children
No, no powered sites. Edison campgrounds right on shaver lake I believe has some hookup sites.

Go to recreation.gov to make reservations.
You can make a reservation and get that info. At Recreation. Com
