Check In starts at 3pm & I believe if your room is paid for already, you can check in when ever you arrive (if its after 3pm). I have stayed here 3 times & I've checked in at different times, with no problems. My latest check in was around 6pm. I always stay in contact with them though, so they know that I am still coming.
Not sure. But it seems that if a room is available they would not turn away a paying customer
