The drive thru line was long but it wasn't such a long wait they gave me the wrong drink and I didn't wanna get back in line for them to fix it getting in and out of the parking lot is a pain

Kayla, who states that she is a manager, treats customers in a condescending fashion. She makes sure everyone knows that she has four kids, and she treats customers as children. She was extremely rude and and I can’t believe she still has a job. It’s obviously only due to the fact that no one can find employees. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ve never been treated so poorly. Customer service is not performed at Starbucks in Jackson. It’s very sad.

I ordered a Trenta and received a grande and when I told the barista she just said "well it says grande". I said "I know, but I asked for a Trenta" and she just stared at me until I got uncomfortable and walked away. Kind of funny but also really annoying.
