I used the app to try to purchase tickets. It told me it errored out and i needed to try again later. I did this twice. The app charged my bank account both times and yet my account still shows no tickets. How can i get help with this?

Call the cinema closest to you and see if they can help, or at least give you corporates phone number.

I tried but the phone tree just gives me movie info. I never get an opportunity to speak to a person

I would contact the theater directly. They should be able to point you in the right direction.
