The atmosphere and set up on entry was awful. Very small. Customer service was poor. The lines were very long. It took 15 minute to be seen due to low staff.
The pricing for the matinee was $10 per person.
The concession prices were overpriced. They had no combos to to offer that gave a y discount.
The sound in the theater was average.
The seats were very comfy. (4 stars for them)

We needed a clean, up to date and fun theater to go to. The AMC in our town is just dying a slow death. We drove up and saw families pouring in. Our lines were long but we used the Premier line to blow through and the steering was recliners and eating style. It was large and busy and good food and good movie. Bathrooms were clean!!!! Worth the drive!!!

Definitely would not recommend going to this movie theater again. Customer service was poor. All the staff moving slow and when we asked for napkins, they were out(wouldn't refill their despensers). And as far as the staffing goes, if you do not like your job, because that was apparent among the staff, go find a new one. Or you can do what most people do at jobs they don't like and fake it til you make it!
I have the app and find that the easiest way to get tickets. There's a little machine right inside the door at the theater that you scan the barcode you're give after paying. It prints out your actual tickets for you.
If I buy tickets online I have to pay a $1.50 per ticket charge. If I pick them up is there still that charge? I am buying 10 tickets for the I Still Believe movie on March 15 at 4:20pm.

I believe so, that it's a convenience fee?? But, you might check and see if you or someone you know has Tickets at Work. I've gotten 20-30% off tickets locally for movies using that site!
What is the difference between: Standard ticket and Standard ticket (including laser)? I can't find information what the difference is and why they are separate. Thanks!

Nope
I'm trying to pay for my tickets on line using gift cards, and It's having trouble with me using several gift cards to pay for the movie. Is there a limit on how many gift cards I can use to pay for the one movie that I want to see?

You might have to wait it normally takes about 15 minutes to get the email. Are you seeing EndGame?
If so the systems might be overloaded I've heard the theater is full.
We bot 2 tickets 7/13/18. Used our RC Card 4 points & purchased popcorn/pop. The RCC card wasn't returned 2 my husband. We returned 7/14/18 & the Mgr said the cards are no longer used. We were given another #. How do we get our 7,490 pts back?

We get emails to let us know how many points we have. It also tells me how many other offers I have on my card that I can redeem. So they still use them at cold water crossing. I would call another regal and ask.
That's not how this works. That's not how any of this works. You are asking the general public for a movie schedule. Call the theater. Also, what is a Pist?
Check the website, they close shortly after the start of their latest movie showing each night. Later showings are often offered on Friday and Saturday nights.
