Can I make appointment for permit during this coranavuris situation

I was there last week without appointment, there was long line and would have takin at list 2 hours. They take your phone number and text you when your turn is coming up,

Appointments are currently not available. You can go in as a walk-in. There is limited space in the building so expect long wait times with most of it spent outside. Right now there is no testing after 4pm.
