I go to this shop when my hair gets long. Since covid, I’ve had it cut twice there, and prior to that, maybe twice before. I had been mostly satisfied with the haircuts, and in 6 months it will have grown out again. This last time, I just wasn’t happy about the entire experience. Nothing really wrong, barber was very pleasant, very engaging, all good there. It’s just he didn’t block cut the back side of my hair as I requested, and the mirror he held up was so dirty, I could barely see my reflection. I’m a USN vet, over 65, and from the previous time I had a haircut there, prices were $18.00. He asked for $25.00 straight up. Ok, fine, no mention of a senior discount, or anything like that. I don’t go there every month, maybe they raised the prices… . If you’ve had a good haircut there, I’d suggest you wait for the same gent who cut it before. I’ve had some great cuts there, and worth every penny (not this one, but…) A good place if you are familiar with your barber, and he cuts your hair the way you want. Stick with who you know… .

Pedro killed it! Gave me a great cut and trim just in time for Valentine's day. Really nice bunch of barbers behind the chairs here.

CASH ONLY --- make sure you get it before you show up. If you dont, they will "trust" you to go get it and come back after the cut is done. Two guys in front of me looked good. My haircut wasn't good tho, almost like they didn't expect to get paid. I paid, but probably shouldn't have. Part was way too high and the solution was to buzz that side of my head. They get 2 stars for a cool environment and friendly service. Idk.

Couldn’t find anywhere in Gridley to get a last minute haircut for my son...called this place and was informed they take walk-ins. We got in right away and both barbers were friendly and talented. My kiddo’s hair came out exactly like the picture he presented (lightening bolt and all) and we were both very happy!!!
