This is what you get when you order the hand breaded chicken strips. The quarter is for reference as to how big the chicken pieces are. This is definitely not worth $8 and am finally giving up on Carls JR for good!!!

The clerks were nice. The bathrooms clean. But my chicken sandwich lacked lettuce or tomato. It was just chicken, a huge glop of mayonnaise and a pair of pickles on a bun. Bleh.

If you are going to charge $13 for a FAST FOOD meal, y'all should really provide $13 worth of product! And $13 worth of customer service! Training employees to do that is critical for franchise success! I went there yesterday and got a 5pc tender meal, opened my bag after asking for "lotsa" ketchup and there was none in there ...... Fries and tenders NEED sauce, it should be given at this point in chicken tender evolution! I had to get the kids attention and ask for some ..... Only got 5 packets! I'm like man your register isn't going come up short 5 packets of ketchup! I drove away and ate what I could before everything went un-edibly dry due to lack of sauce. I usually don't complain but when your spending sit down restaurant prices for something that should cost $7 MAX you deserve better than this, if kids want $17 to do fast food work ....... Then train them to do $17 worth of work! Stop handing them stuff, because of this careless attitude ...... Carl's Jr is off my list of places to eat. (Edit) as I've received zero apology for such awful food and service ....... I've still not returned to this place!!

Got a burger & criss cut fries. On my way home I grabbed a fry. It was Luke warm & limp. Was just a 5 min. ride home. Had to heat up fries in microwave. Doubt I will go back there. Burger was barely warm.
