The manager/owner harassed me and called me for 2 days wanting to know when I was bringing the car dolly to his location. The first call, I let him know that I was bringing it the next day and he still called me the next day to ask me if I was bringing it in and how long it was going to take me to get there. Both calls we’re very rude. Would never use this uhaul dealer again and would recommend people to go anywhere else.

Terrible service multiple changes to reservation multiple trips from 40min away to pick up truck and it’s not there. Told $175 off only given $150 off and extra miles waited 1.5 hours past pick up time to be told still not returned a third time. Staff onsite was professional but offered little to know help or resolution. Will not be choosing Uhaul in the future.

Angel deserves a raise! This year has been full of curveballs. We made a mistake, and Angel went above and beyond to help us get what we needed without holding our mistake against us. I wish the online reservation process was more streamlined and that there would be more communication between dispatch call centers and local store teams -but those are corporate problems. This local team is great.
