Go to the DMV, change the address and you'll be given a little card to hand write the new address on and then wait until renewing your license to have the new one printed on the license.

They normally do but I do not believe so right now. You would have to check on a daily basis as the rules seem to change. If you can find a smaller town DMV you will probably get lucky , we did.

The only way to get into a DMV office right now is to go bright and early in the morning and maybe a less populated area and they will be nice enough to help you. The other way we were able to get in was to apply for a real ID. You follow all the steps online get all your documents submitted and then they tell you to print out the confirmation page and bring it into any DMV and they will let you in. We did both of these and were able to go into a DMV last week I would think that there would be a way for you to renew that online and submit documentation but I'm not sure.

Opened to the public however make sure you have all your paperwork with you. Otherwise you will be turned away asked to return once you have all the proper forms filled.

You would pay the registration for the new car you'll be driving & paying the non op fee for the other one only. Best bet is to stop in person with all your documents ready & they'll sort out for you. They're pretty great & fast. I'm usually out there within a half hour. Goodluck.

You need an appointment to do a driving test at every DMV. They don't do walk in behind the wheel tests. They do walk ins for permit tests, updating registrations and transfers, and general payment needs. They also have a kiosk right inside the door for most registration needs. They might even require scheduled permit tests now. They didn't when I got my license in 2002 though.

You can get an appointment anywhere. Just need to check the website for the next avail appointment wherever your willing to drive. Otherwise you can walk in and wait.....

It depends if you are doing a straight renewal or if you are doing a real ID renewal real I'd can only be done inside DMV

Unfortunately because you are not on the title you can't only the person that owns the truck.

10 to 15 minutes early would be more than enough just to make sure you're checked in. They tend to start the exams on time unless something has gone wrong... Good luck!

Good question! I am not really sure but I know that if you go online to make an appointment it will ask you a series of questions. After asking you those questions it will determine whether or not you are actually eligible for the type of appointment you are requesting. I would give that a try and see what happens.

I have not but i know there is a goverment program that helps low income families pay for repairs to help you pass smog. Unfortunately I did it so long ago that I dont remember what its called. Im sure if you did some googling you could figure it out though.
