To be honest they have a little bit of everything. There are fried chicken, Beef tips, Barbecue ribs, Meat loaf, Lasagna. There was also a carving table with a few different meats. Lots of vegetable choices and tons of desserts. It's really pretty good better than most other buffets that I had visited. I would definitely recommend that you give it a try
