Hi yes we're serving Filet Mignon every shift except Tuesday night & all day Sunday. Prime Rib has doubled in cost in the last year and we don't want to dramatically increase prices since we were able to negotiate a good price on Beef Tenderloin. Let me know what you think is Prime Rib worth $4 per more than Filet?
