My wife and I eat there often. The food is good and the staff is friendly. We seldom have any issues there.
Jeffrey I'm not sure when you visited we did have numerous 5 star reviews Sunday and yes we do have some Hispanic Buffet servers that speak limited English. Cafeteria style just means Shelby County won't allow us to let you serve yourself so we're doing the best we can filling your plate as requested. The real problem is the federal government paying people to not work and it makes hiring nearly impossible. I personally know of over 5000 open jobs in Shelby County at $15 or over that can't be filled. You're right finding help is a national disgrace
