Trying to place an order to buy a chromebook and using my Best Buy credit card. Why didin't it give us our 5% discount because our order is over $250.00?

Id say call in or stop by a stores customes service line, they are usually pretty good about this stuff. I financed a tv there at the beggining of the month and it went on sale for black Friday. Went to the store and they refunded me 200 plus the 14 for tax.
