Horrible. The staff are stupid and rude. We waited 5 days to discover they couldn't do the upgrade. Then they didn't offer any assistance finding replacement. Heck we spent 1000 to be treated badly. That's okay we went to Merrillville and they are AWESOME!! Don't waste your time go further!!

Love Best buy got $100 off the GoPro and a $25 gift card which ☹️ had to go back the next day and use towards an SD card because you can't even take a picture with the $400 camera until you buy an SD card. But love Best buy for having an SD card right there and young adults to answer questions for us older folks 🙂 unlike GoPro I don't feel like Best buy is out to get me at every turn for my cash

We went here to buy a printer for my daughter in college. The employee came up and asked if I needed help. I unequivocally said, "No thank you." The employee left. We found the printer we were looking for, paid a fair price and left. I was asked once if I wanted the extended warranty and then they let it drop without the hard sell. The employees are professional and helpful. Prices fair. I'm happy I shopped at Best Buy.

I dropped my vehicle off to have a radio installed. It was supposed to be a 4-5 hour job, but they never called to give a status update or let me know that it was finished. When I tried to call, I found out that you can't actually talk to anyone at the local store. They send you to a call center that calls the store for you. If they can't make contact, they give you a form that takes up to 48hrs to return. I recommend taking your vehicle to someone who will actually give you real service and communication.

Wake up and start your day with a good breakfast or a candy and My Dew....whatever your lifestyle is. Get dressed, get in your car and go to Best and go to customer service desk and return it. Don't forget your receipt.

I think you may need to replace it. I would definitely call them and talk to someone from the Geek Squad. They will probably want you to bring it in to see it. They were an incredible help to me.
I personally don't care for purchasing a phone from a carrier. What you want to do is what I finally did.. First go online you can find out whose towers are the closest to you and which carrier has the best signal in your location. Next find out what type of a tower it is . for example Verizon and T-Mobile do not have the same type of a system setup so they need a certain cellphone. Then go to Motorola.con. they have different cell phones for sale depending on your need they start around $200 and up and you can pay monthly $15 a month or what-have-you. I have had my 5GsPlus since February 2018 ... And it still works great. the only thing I discovered you need to do with it is to turn it off and on again every evening before you go to sleep. Otherwise it may not ring mad enough for you to hear it. But hey for an unlocked. Phone that can be used with any carrier, that is a small inconvenience I'll take for $229. Also before deciding on a phone look at the ratings from others.

They have the Geek Squad who can answer that question more thoroughly. They may be able to tell you what you can try doing on your own to fix it, if it is an electronic issue. Otherwise most places refer you to the units customer service for warranty.
