Like the other answers only camping is at Juniper closer to the dam.
No. No camping at all. The campground mentioned in the previous answer "across the lake" is a long drive away, not part of this facility, but on the same body of water.
There is no camping at Blacktail. Only the paid camping at Juniper across the lake.
