I came to get a brake controller and a wiring harness installed on my truck. Took 6+ hours when they said it was only going to take no more than 3. They took another car that was an appointment after mine and then finished mine after they finished the guy who’s appointment was after me. Went to use it on my trailer, and they wired it up wrong. 👎👎👎

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Kris today at the propane refill station. We will definitely only be coming to uhaul for propane refills from now on.

Let me start with I NEVER leave reviews, but this time I needed to. We rented a truck on August 13th. When we got the truck it was about 3/4 full and when we gave it back it was at half. We were told when we brought the truck back that it needed to be at full even though it wasn’t at full when we got it. We filled it up, that part is bad on us. However, we only drove about 60 miles, so we wouldn’t need to put a half of tank of gas in the truck. We called them and sorted it all out. They said they would refund us $35. However, I just looked at my bank account and realized they never gave us that money back. I would go anywhere but here.
