Yes they have electric power carts you can use while at Wal-Mart they are normally at the entrance but not everyone beings them back some times you can find them out in the parking lot

Home Depot sir has electric carts we have three at each end entrances / exits. Plus 4 big baskets made specially for small children at the Pro loading entrance......walmart also has 3 electric carts at each entrance

They might have one or two, but I haven't seen any. I know Home Depot only has a folding wheelchair "for shopper's convenience". Ha. Don't expect too much from these places in this small town.
