It was absolutely disgusting the washer had standing water on the floor. There was trash everywhere on the inside of the building and outside and it smelled absolutely horrible

A great place to stay. My wife and I found a good place to call home. James and Bruce take really good care of the tenants. Recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay.

All utilities included, Cockroaches & a bed that's it that comes in with the room. Anything else you want or need you have to pay for extra.
