Terrible management, She makes up rules to suit her agenda. It's rare that a complaint about anything broken gets addressed. She uses her husband and other retirees for handy men with little to no experience. Complains about mess but has so many cats and rabbits in her home you can smell them, not to mention the park tenants can only have 2 vehicles but there is 6 vehicles around her home.

The manager doesn't allow big dogs even if they are service dog. So we can't visit our mom

The park is in a wonderful location and despite the chance of not living there, I have visited my buddy often and his neighbors are always so nice.

Your park is nasty. I didnt feel safe parking my car there while I visited. . How many people will you pack into one place. GrossWith so many video cameras, your car was safe. If you ever come back for another visit and you're scared, feel free to park your car next to mine. I guarantee its safety.
