Bring your receipt and nicely ask them to review the footage. I'm sure they'll be accommodating. Just don't walk in like a rude, entitled person, and I'm sure they'll help you resolve the issue.

I would think they could review footage from the cameras to show you paid more. Especially since you have your receipt.
