Always a ridiculous amount of lines. Lack of employees . Unfortunately 1of 2 Wells Fargo branches in Merced. Employees generally are not real nice border line rude! I’m sitting here in line and watching one employee tell an elderly customer that they can’t help him because they have a appt. Well it’s been 15 min I’ve watched her joke with a co worker , she didn’t want to help him because of the wedding conversation she is having , just ridiculous. She should of and could of helped .

It used to be my favorite branch but the lady over there is very egoistic very rude don’t even know how to treat customers I don’t know her name but she approve all the Bankers for big amount may be she is Manager Don’t Waste your time over there

I rarely step inside a branch but yesterday I had to do a withdrawal. Teller "Clarissa" was extremely rude. After the transaction she didn't thank me for my business, I had to thank her for processing my transaction. I know Wells Fargo invest a lot in customer service to train their employees to provide the best service to their customers but Wells Fargo continue to fail its customers. It seems like Clarissa doesn't like her job as a teller, maybe it is time for her to find something new which doesn't involve working with customers. Her attitude needs to go!

Even after having an appointment, they cancel a few hours before and reschedule it. They take way too long to acknowledge. Worst wellsfargo I've been to.
