They scan the back of your ID so it might not work. They should have a live operator
They do ask for your valid I.D./D.L., but I doubt they will take a screenshot since they swipe your card. They reason why they don't answer is because they are busy from the time they open till closing.
If you bring in the copy of you id it dl. They will let you in. But its gotta be the print out from the dmv with your pic and everything on it. They are also super busy I can vouch for that. Always a steady stream of people but it moves fast.
