Yes, you do need to reserve your seats. However, you will enjoy any seat in any of the theaters since they are all well spaced and are automatic recliners with a small swung table for snacks along with a nice cup holder. Also, you can arrive moments before your film and know exactly where you will sit. Enjoy!
You should, but technically you can just go there and buy your tickets. Definitely better if you buy your tickets ahead of time
